Today I’m sharing something close to my heart—Out of Puberty Chapter 1 - Reimagined. This project is my effort to improve and expand on Out of Puberty, the very first game I ever developed. Like your first car, it was... well, let’s call it a work of “art.” Since then, I’ve grown and learned so much about development, storytelling, and design, and now I’m ready to give my first game the attention it truly deserves.

Why the Reimagining?
When I originally started Chapter 1 - Reimagined, the plan was simple: make the game better. But somewhere along the way, I decided to switch to DAZ for the visuals. Why? Honestly, I don’t even remember—that’s how long ago it was! However, this project has always been a labor of love, and I’m excited to finally bring it to life in a way that reflects my current skills and passion.
When I originally started Chapter 1 - Reimagined, the plan was simple: make the game better. But somewhere along the way, I decided to switch to DAZ for the visuals. Why? Here’s a refresher for old fans and a quick introduction for newcomers:
The Story
Out of Puberty follows Pearl, a young woman who has just finished college and is ready to spread her wings and move out on her own. Unfortunately, her family thinks she’s not quite ready for independence. Determined to prove them wrong, Pearl decides to work on her CV and save up money for a head start.
The Gameplay
This slice-of-life game allows you to:
Take on three jobs: Barista, Store Clerk, and Modelling (with more jobs planned as free DLC for supporters).
Spend your free time wisely—help your (Step-)Brother with assignments to show your responsibility.
Enjoy downtime with family at the beach or go out with your best friend Mica to explore the nightlife.
Build your relationship with Eric through dating and interactions.
Increase Pearl’s corruption level to unlock new scenes and paths.

Currently, the game is in an unpolished state, with missing content for Level 0 and Level 1. My immediate goal is to finish and polish everything for these two levels, after which I’ll release the first version of the reimagined game.
